Equita - part of the

Equita is forming a new, enlarged group with Jacobs Enforcement, collectively establishing ourselves as a powerful player in the enforcement industry.

Last year we announced the sale of our Enforcement businesses from Capita to our shareholders Capricorn and Shackleton. This marked a major milestone for our business, with well needed future investment opportunities and ambitious growth plans.

Since then, under new ownership and leadership, we have all worked hard to establish ourselves as a successful standalone company in which our 3 entities operate.

In the background we have continued to work with our shareholders exploring other opportunities to expand the group and invest in our future.

We are excited to announce another new chapter in our growth as we will be joining with Jacobs Enforcement to form an enlarged group.

Jacobs, a well-established enforcement business in Birkenhead, has been run by Simon and Paula Jacobs for over 30 years. This transaction strengthens our combined foothold in the industry and empowers us to compete more effectively with larger players.

This marks the beginning of an exciting journey for the group and as the relationship between our 4 entities evolves, bringing together respective strengths, values, and market share, the future is bright.

New beginnings

Equita, Ross & Roberts and Stirling Park have hit another key milestone in our journey post-sale.

Following our recent sale and new ownership, Equita, Ross & Roberts and Stirling Park are now collectively the Omexus Group. There will be no changes to operations and it’s business as usual – with the benefit of a new group name to mark a new era.
We continue to trade as Equita Ltd, Ross & Roberts Ltd and Stirling Park LLP
