However, we believe the one- stop approach denies clients the opportunity to use their own resources and “locking in” clients can add unnecessarily to their costs. We prefer a partnership approach. The object is to bring a trespass to an end as safely and as quickly as possible at a cost that is not disproportionate to the trespass. Where an eviction is deemed necessary the standard enforcement officer costs are to be fixed.
