Local Taxation

We know that the COVID-19 situation has and will affect people in different ways, especially those who owe money to creditors.
In accordance with government guidance, from 24 August 2020, we have been undertaking Enforcement Agent visits again, with our agents equipped with appropriate workwear and hygiene supplies, and in accordance with Government and Public Health England/Wales advice.
We would prefer not to visit, and we understand you would most likely prefer this too. If you contact us, we can talk about the options available to you, and how to prevent an enforcement agent from visiting in future. Our highly trained team have lots of experience in helping with a range of circumstances, from individual vulnerabilities to financial difficulties.
Please read our information below on how to contact us, how to pay and how to get help.
We ask our customers, wherever possible, to use our self-service portal to make payments https://equita.co.uk/make-payment.html or via our automated payment line on 01614 841138.
