Raising The Bar

With over 140 years’ experience in enforcement, we’re here to help you successfully and fairly recover what is owed to you.

Equita’s High Court Enforcement Division offers a free transfer up service on Debts over £600 which have been subject to a County Court Judgement or order for costs. Our current client base uses the service to recover private sector commercial and retail bills, Bankruptcy Petition costs, Care Home Defaulted Charges and Housing Benefit Overpayments. Equita can help introduce legal providers for the issue of County Court Judgements or discuss the process with your in-house legal departments if appropriate.

Once the judgment is issued and the Writ has been sealed, you can leave the rest to us, secure in the knowledge everything will be handled professionally, efficiently and sensitively

We offer a responsive seven days a week enforcement service, consistently achieving high collection rates for our clients nationwide.
