Barry joined Equita in 2003 from Birmingham City Council, where he served as Assistant Director of Finance. During a long career in local government, he advised and represented to the Local Government Association (LGA) and worked on central government working parties concerned with local revenue collection. He also took part in an international study of revenue collection practices, funded by the European Union.
A past President of the West Midlands IRRV Association, and serving member if its Executive Committee, Barry is a regular speaker at local and national IRRV events, and acts as a mentor to students entering the profession.

Gary's spent virtually his entire career with us, having joined straight from Wolverhampton University in 2006. He spent three years managing our bailiffs' day-to-day performance, then worked briefly as a branch manager with Encore Personnel, before returning to Equita in 2010 as Client Services Director, working with our London clients and overseeing the opening of our London office. In 2013, he was promoted to his current position, with responsibility for client care and new account sales. He's a member of the IRRV and the BPA.

Mike brings many years' experience in public finance to his senior role at Equita. A full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), he began his long career in local government with Warrington Borough Council in 1966: he's an associate member of the Institute of Data Processing Management (IDPM) and Secretary of the North West BPA Regional Association.
